- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unpleasant. Was told my account had over draft protection by this location and one other yet everything would go threw and they gladly over charged me. Messaged customer support to find I didn't have over draft protecting. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆RUDE management!! I come here every day to make a deposit for my business and I was walking up at 4 as soon as I could make it here, they were letting people in who were waiting at the door (I was) and the woman let a woman in front of me in, but slammed the door in my face! All they care about is going home early!!! The tellers are great..I see them everyday. The manager however (or whoever that woman was in the yellow top and black skirt who slammed the door in my face...her name is Diana) ....RUDE!By Heather D, April 08, 2017
