  I have had a handful of dealings with Hannoush Jewelers. Every experience was simply excellent. I accidentally tore a family heirloom watch made of gold and was told by another jeweler to buy a new band from them. I then brought the pieces to Hannoush and met one of the head jewelers who was very nice. The team there restored it to like new condition. The best part was when I got the bill I thought the decimal point was in the wrong place (Thank you Hannoush Jewelers). I very recently asked to have nine custom pieces of jewelry made for friends and loved ones. They asked all of the right question which I hadn’t even thought of and the result was better than I ever thought possible! Again, thought the decimal was in the wrong place (Thank you again Hannoush Jewelers). They earn my business again and again. Go to a jeweler or two and then go to Hannoush… If your experience is anything like mine, you will know they are the folks you want to deal with. We all trade in cars, get rid of furniture, sell our houses etc… But good quality jewelry is something you keep for a lifetime... Arguably forever down the generations...

  I am not normally one to write reviews but I have to take a moment to publicly thank Albert Hannoush and his staff at Hannoush Jewelers for their outstanding customer service. My husband purchased my engagement ring in 2003 and the following year we purchased our wedding bands. The quality of their rings is incredible. I have never had to have anything repaired or adjusted in the last 14 years. Just a few weeks ago I went to the Albany store to talk to them about re-sizing my ring. After 14 years, 2 kids and relocating to FL I needed a little more wiggle room in my Size 4 rings (that they had also bonded together for me in 2005). Not only did the jeweler do an AMAZING job sizing up the bonded rings but they also expedited the job because we were scheduled to return to FL the following week. They even polished and restored the ring to its original glory as part of the service. I was so happy with how I was treated I had to let others know. If you have any questions about where to buy your next piece of jewelry do not hesitate to trust in Hannoush for your next big purchase.

  He made beautiful jewelry for my friend. Simply amazing and elegant! The first time I went to the store my daughter was so amazed that she wanted to buy the most beautiful watch first me. What a beautiful store and such nice people. I don't speak perfect English but they treated me like family.

  The Hannoush family are hands down the most honest, trustworthy business people I have every met. In purchasing diamonds the average consumer, like myself , has no idea from one stone to the other . When you shop for diamonds or any jewelry at Hannoush you can relax and know that you are not only getting the very best price but also getting that WOW piece. The follow up is outstanding .. I recently purchased a Breitling watch as a birthday gift for my husband . Albert remembered the day I was giving it to him (not on his birthday 2 weeks after I purchased it) and reach out to make sure he loved it . Service like no other!   I went to Hannoush as my first stop for an engagement. The staff was fairly knowledgeable and gave some great pointers. Where they lacked substantially was follow up, I was told they were going to bring in some diamonds to show me but I never received a phone call or and email. When I asked why a diamond, that by all means from what I could tell was exactly the same, was $1300 less at a competitor I was told that it was not the same diamond that it was removed from older jewelry. However to me that didn't make any sense because the attributes were identical. I then proceeded to write them an email to which I received a phone call in response, from what I assume was possibly the owner or a relative. I did not receive an apology instead I got a reiteration of what I had discussed with the salesman initially which wasn't even the reason why I wrote to them. To me it means they either didn't read the email or just flat out didn't care. I'm not here to bash a small business, I'm here to warn people that what they see may be different then what they get.
