- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Woman in need I have had a REALLY REALLY crappy experience dealing with this place and their workers....like many have stated....customer service sucks, when they make a mistake its ur fault an i DID GET ARRESTED. AND HAD TO PAY 3,000 for the trouble. Now here i am prepping for knee surgery and cant get no assistance because i have a disabled child who gets an income!!!! Have not had food stamps all month. They REALLY NEED TO LOOK INTO THE W.E.P. PROGRAM LIKE NYC....AND GET MORE PEOPLE TO ASSIST THEM.And try and call....no one returns callsBy Chenille Bernard, August 21, 2017
